After 20 years of craftsmanship, Walter is retiring.
The True Cookware workshop is closing for good.
Every pan we ever made began with one question: what would you trust to cook for your grandchildren? The answer was always the same — no coatings, no chemicals, no compromise. A titanium-reinforced surface that is naturally non-stick, independently certified, and built to outlast everything else in your kitchen.
Once these pans sell out, they will never be produced again.
This is your last chance to own a piece of what Walter built.

Everything you need to know before buying True Cookware
Is it really PFAS and PFOA free?
Yes. Every True Cookware pan is independently tested and certified by SGS and LFGB — the strictest food-contact standards in the world. Zero PFAS, PTFE, PFOA, lead, or cadmium. The certification documents are on every product page. We don't self-certify.
What makes True Cookware pans different from regular non-stick?
Standard pans use a thin coating that wears off within 12–24 months. Our surface is titanium-reinforced — significantly harder and more durable. It doesn't chip, degrade, or need replacing. That's the difference between a coating and a surface.
Is it dishwasher safe?
Yes, True Cookware pans are fully dishwasher safe. However, food slides right off the titanium surface if you use a quick hand wash with warm water.
What heat sources are compatible?
True Cookware pans are compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction. Oven safe to 450°F.
How does the 25-year warranty work?
We stand behind every pan we make. If your True Cookware pan develops any manufacturing defects within 25 years of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge. No fine print, no hassle, no questions asked.
Can I use metal utensils with my True Cookware pan?
Yes! Unlike coated pans, titanium can handle metal spatulas, whisks, and tongs without scratching or damage. The hand-hammered surface is incredibly resilient.
